13.1 Wildfire Collective
When you participate in the Wildfire Collective community:
• Your display name and profile information are visible to other members
• Content you post is visible to other members
• We encourage you not to share sensitive personal information in community posts
• Other members are expected to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee it
13.2 BLAZE Live Sessions
When you participate in BLAZE Live:
• Sessions may be recorded for replay purposes
• Your participation (voice, video if enabled, name) may be captured in recordings
• Recordings may be made available to other subscribers
• If you participate in a hot seat coaching segment, your story may be used (anonymized) in marketing with your consent
If you do not wish to be recorded, you may attend with camera/microphone off or contact us before the session.
14. Marketing and Testimonials
14.1 Anonymized Stories
We may use anonymized success stories and testimonials in marketing materials. Identifying details are removed unless you provide explicit written consent.
14.2 Opting Out

14.3 User-Generated Content
